Gran Canaria reprezinta insula situata la est de Tenerife, in arhipelagul Canare si apartie Spaniei. Aici vremea este blanda tot timpul anului, in sezonul de vara se ating cele mai inalte temperaturi intre lunile iulie si septembrie. Este o insula puterinc dezvoltata atat din punct de vedere al infrastructurii cat si hoteliera.
