Our accommodations has been completely renewed in December 2023. The modern furnishings of the rooms, designed by interior design experts, and every detail have been carefully selected to offer you a unique experience during your stay in Barcelona. Each room at Casa Bella Gracia by Aspasios has contemporary décor finished in sand colors. All rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a kettle, a coffee machine and a safety box, and there is a shared terrace available for all guests. A range of cafés, bars and restaurants can be found in the surrounding Gràcia district. The charming squares at Plaza del Sol and Plaza de la Vila de Gràcia can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Diagonal Metro Station is just 1312 feet away and is 3 stops from Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception. Casa Bella Gracia will contact you in advance to provide you with the code for the check-in machine. Baby coat available only in double room and suite rooms upon request and free of charge. Not possible to put in economic rooms. Guests can leave their luggage in the luggage room if they arrive before the check-in time. Please note that parties are not allowed.
