Children of all ages are allowed. Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib. Children from 3 to 11 years old stay for € 20 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. Children from 12 to 17 years old stay for € 40 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Hotel important information: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The thermal baths are accessible for 45 minutes, for an extra charge of EUR 30 per person, from Monday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday, only guests who have booked a treatment of minimum 50 minutes can access the thermal baths. Please note that a restricted access (1 hour) to the Thermes (Pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) is available from Monday til Friday with an extra cost of 15eur (not 30).
