For convenience, the hotel provides a well-equipped fitness center on site. It also has a 24-hour front desk that provides baggage storage facilities. Concierge services are also available upon request. Suites Fahrenheit is about 2133 feet from Times Square and a 10-minute drive from Chinatown. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is a 1-hour drive from the hotel, while Bukit Bintang is just a 5-minute walk away. Guests hoping to sightsee can get onto the GOKL free shuttle bus which makes a circuit of the surrounding area.WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Children of all ages are allowed. Children 6 years old stay for free when using an available crib. Children 12 and under stay for free when using an existing bed. People 12 and up stay for MYR 120 per person, per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The fitness center is closed from 11 September 2019 until further notice.
