In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover. The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation. The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance. The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00. There is a GBP 50.00 penalty per visitor if this policy is violated. No loud noise is permitted after 22:00. There is a GBP 100 penalty if this policy is violated. Guests will have to pay for any damages to the room (including linen). This will be charged to the card used when the reservation was made, or deducted from the deposit upon checkout.
