Late arrivals should be announced in advance. In case of late arrival, guests should follow instructions on the door bell and call the night service/Majordome telephone number advised on the door bell. Then they proceed with self check-in as per instructions provided in the building. Self check in procedure for arrivals after 18:00 hrs (6 pm): - the client should call the telephone number advise on the doors of the building next to the door bell with the signage Night service/Majordome - The guest should confirm their name (which should be the name advised on the reservation!). - When the name is confirmed the guests will receive a 4-digit safety code with which they will open the main entrance door to the building. Afterwards, they will receive another 4-digit safety code that should be entered into a safety box containing their room key. The room key shows the number of the room. The self check instructions are provided by the Night service staff on the phone. Breakfast is available for a fee. The front desk is staffed during limited hours 9:00 - 18:00. Pets are allowed for a fee of 5 EUR/night. Parking available for 10 EUR/night.
