If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Flats Friends Tetuan has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for further details. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 25 € per pet, per night applies.
