Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let San Polo Star know your preferred check-in time between 16-19 o'clock at least 2 days in advance as there is no 24-hour reception. All late check-in (after 19 o'clock) requests are subject to approval and confirmation by the property before the booking is made (use the contact the property functionality). For check-in between 19 o'clock and 20 o'clock there is an additional fee of 15€. For check-in between 20 o'clock and 21 o'clock there is an additional fee of 30€. Check-in after 21 o'clock are not possible even by paying a supplement. The late check-in fee has to be paid in advance by using a payment link or a QR code provided by the accommodations.
