Valid from 16/12/2024 - 31/03/2025

• Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.

• Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

• Late checkout policy: 15:00hrs to 18:00 hrs 50% of the tariff, 18:00 hrs onwards full night tariff. (Late C-Out depends upon subject of availability)

• Early departure will be charged for the full length of the stay reserved and no refunds will be allowed, If not notified 72:00 hrs prior to departure.

• The Tourism Dirham Fee (TDF) is to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel at the time of Check-In. Please be noted that TDF is applicable for first 30 Nights only, if the stay is on continue basis for more than a month. Please inform all your booking representatives about this newly introduced fee by Dubai Government to avoid any misunderstandings or disappointments.

• No name changes are allowed. Each name change will be considered as a cancellation; new name will be treated as new reservation and will be confirmed subject to availability at the hotel’s discretion.

• Above quoted rates are valid for individual leisure bookings. Group rates will be offered on request basis and may vary on season availability.

An official ID is required to check in into the hotel rooms .Following ID’S are accepted 1) Original passport, 2) UAEEmirates ID CARD and for GCC nationals the ID card issued by Ministry of interior. Any check in without the valid ID as specified will be refused and 01 night room charges will be charged to the company/travel agent incase booking is confirmed by them.
