TERMS AND CONDITION FOR THE PERIOD OF 01 NOV TO 31 OCT 2020
* A Tourism Dirham Fee of Dhs 20 per room per night is payable by clients directly to the hotel.
* Rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams inclusive of buffet breakfast, 10% Service Charge, 7% Municipality fees and 5% VAT.
* No changes are allowed. No name changes, no date changes.
CHILD POLICY
* One infant up to 2.99 years of age stays free with breakfast when sharing a room with 1 or 2 paying adults. Baby cots are provided free of charge but are subject to availability on check in. Baby cots cannot be GTD.
* One child up to 11.99 years of age can stay free of charge on same meal plan as adults when staying in existing bedding.
* A maximum of 2 children per room in Superior King, Deluxe Room and Jr. Suite. One child in existing bedding and one child in extra bed (extra bed is chargeable)
* Extra bed is not possible in Superior Twin Room type.
* Extra beds are subject to availability:
* Adult will be charged with Breakfast and on Room Only basis.
* Child will be charged with breakfast and on Room Only Basis (child 3 to 11.99)
* Extra bed rate is based on meal plan for the room.
* Meals for infants are free of charge when an adult is dining.
* A child menu is available in hotel restaurants.
* Child is offered 50% discount on buffet or a la carte menus when an adult is dining.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
The check-in time is 14.00 on the day of arrival and check out time is at 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check out requests are subject to availability and maybe subject to an additional charge.
To GTD early check-in or late check-out the following charges will apply:
* Before 08.00am a full night charge applies
* After 08.00am and before 12.00 a 50% charge of the daily contracted rate will apply.
* After 12.00 noon no charges but subject to availability.
* Late check out to 15.00 – no charges but subject to availability.
* Late check out up to 18.00 – 50% charge will apply.
* After 18.00 – a full night charge will apply
TRANSFERS
Airport transfers are available as follows:
Arrival with private limousine witha charge per vehicle ( maximum 4 with luggage )
Departure with private limousine with a charge per vehicle ( maximum 4 with luggage )
Flight details are required (flight number, date and time of the arrival).
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the hotel’s signature dining restaurant “Sonamu” located on the Mezzanine floor.
MEAL RATES
International Buffet Breakfast – there will be a charge per person
Half Board is offered on a dine around basis, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a selection of different restaurants in the hotel.
Half Board dine around will have a charge per person.
Guests can choose to dine in one of the following restaurants:
* Sonamu Korean Restaurant – set menu with bottled water.
* Hanabi Japanese Restaurant – set menu with bottled water.
* Manila Grill – Filipino Family style Restaurant – set menu including bottled water.
* Lamesa Restaurant – Asian buffet restaurant – including water and soft drinks.
* On Thursday and Friday evening guests can enjoy the Asiana Grand Buffet with charge per person including soft drinks.
