Altana Cliffside Villas is Altana Hospitality’s new restoration project on the Caldera, in the heart of the Cliffside settlement of Imerovigli,a collection of autonomous villas, serviced suites & cave houses. It is the gradual fruition of a long renovation process of a complex of extensive wine cellars dating back to the 1800s.These wine cellars have been converted into impressive cave villas and suites spanning five levels of large terraces overlooking the Santorini Cliffs and the traditional village of Imerovigli. Altana Cliffside Villas operates as a complex of autonomous, serviced vacation cave villas and suites, most of which boast private dip or plunge pools. Located a short walk away from the Altana Heritage Suites mansion and “Kafeneion”, the Altana wine & cocktail bar bistro, our new property enriches our selection of accommodation options for Altana guests. All suites and villas offer verandas with views of the Caldera and the Aegean Sea, surrounded by the magical ambiance of the Cliffside architecture of the village of Imerovigli.
